Easy Focaccia Pizza Buns

Forget about those little English muffin pizzas.  Take a big old focaccia triangle bun, slice it in half and top away!
I wasn't sure about using these buns.  Thought they might be too crusty and hard after heating them up.

But they were perfect.


Make them with whatever pizza toppings you like and put them under the broiler for 3 minutes.
Should have used parchment paper on the pan  : (
