Always looking for something new to take in your lunchbag? Try this.
1 small piece of cooked salmon, chilled (or canned salmon)
1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dried cranberries
shake or 2 of lemon pepper
pinch of paprika (looks like more than a pinch in the photo)
Mash together and spread on your bread.
Garnish with spinach leaves.
