Just a simple side dish.
1 1/2 tsp butter
1 garlic, minced
1/2 lb snow peas
1 carrot, shredded
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Heat a skillet and melt butter. Add garlic, snow peas, carrot, lemon zest and seasonings. Add water and sauté 2 minutes.
Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
