2 cups cooked rice, chilled
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped celery, cucumber and/or sweet pepper
1/4 cup Chia Lemon Salad Dressing (or store bought lemon poppyseed or raspberry dressing)
