Use an apple corer/cutter to make quick work of cutting your pineapple into tidbit size.
Once you've cut the top and bottom off the pineapple and sliced the bark off the sides (see my note below about the bark) just slice the pineapple and press down with the cutter. The core pops out and you've got evenly cut pieces of pineapple.
Note about the bark:
Don't throw it away! Keep it, freeze it if you must, try these recipes! You won't be disappointed.
