Tomato Feta Salad

Isn't it pretty? And pretty simple to make too!




Arrange equal parts cherry tomato halves, cubed feta and torn spinach leaves in a shallow bowl, about 1 cup each.




Then mix up the dressing:

1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1  1/2 tbsps olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tbsp oregano



Drizzle the dressing on and serve at room temperature.
