1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grainy or dijon mustard
2 tsps minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp red wine
1 1/2 cups chopped or sliced strawberries
Bring honey, mustard, garlic, ginger, cornstarch and red wine to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 2-4 minutes.
Add strawberries and cook another 3-5 minutes.
Served here alongside Roasted Potatoes with Bergamot
