Soft white bread with the Everything Bagel flavours you love! And, baked in a slow cooker, just over 2 hours to make start to finish!
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups water, at 105-110°F
1 cup bread flour
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
4-5 tsps Everything Bagel seasoning (+ 1 tbsp for coating)
In a large mixer bowl mix water and sugar together, then add the yeast and gently stir. Add both flours, salt, olive oil and seasoning and, using the dough hook attachment, knead 5 minutes.
When the dough is smooth and elastic form a ball or loaf and roll in 1 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning.
Place in a parchment lined 6 qt slow cooker.
